We do our best to ensure that all items are shown in their correct colours and finish but it is inevitable that handmade items will have some variations. Different monitors and screens also vary enormously, so if you have any queries regarding the colour or finish on any of our products please contact us and we will try to help.
Ordering & Payment
Small items can be ordered immediately via our website.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:
Cancel your order and we will refund you.
Choose an alternative that we have in stock.
We can despatch your order as soon as we receive new stock.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and details on how to track your parcel.
Our default payment option is PayPal but we can also send secure card payment links upon request. Cash or credit card payments for items being collected in person are also possible by arrangement. All prices displayed are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered.
Our delivery prices are based on the following parcel sizes and will be calculated at checkout:
Large letter £2.95
Small parcel £4.95
Medium parcel £7.95
Large parcel £10.95
Shipping is fulfilled via a signed for postage or courier service in 3-5 business days to UK mainland addresses. If you need express delivery please contact us before placing your order.
*Heavy Goods* £30.00
For heavy goods such as furniture the delivery rate quoted is for local area to CM16 only. If you would like a quote for other areas please contact us for a quote.
Local customers can also select free collection or delivery option.
We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your order is available to collect. When collecting your order please remember to bring your 'Order Confirmation' email with you.
If your order arrives damaged please take photographs of the packaging and damage and email to email@example.com. Please retain all items until we advise how to proceed.
Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, Privacy & Legal
Cancelling your order
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to cancel your order for any item purchased, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you wish to cancel please email us clearly stating your order number, name and address.
For orders that are ‘Awaiting Dispatch’ it may be possible to cancel your order before it is despatched. If however your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the order to us.
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you change your mind please notify us within 7 days by telephone or email us of your intention to return the product(s).
To ensure the quality of our products and enable us to accept them for a refund please do not remove any labels, and ensure you do not leave any scents or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is any evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
The goods should then be returned to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging, with tags where applicable, within 14 days.
*For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings.
Please note: Goods returned are at your own expense. We recommend that you use a trackable postage or courier service.
Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us. Once the goods have been received and checked we will process your refund within a further 14 days. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
We cannot give refunds on items returned after 28 days.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name, address, date of purchase, and the details of the faulty item. Please also state if you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If you receive an incorrect item
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please email quoting your order number, your name and address, date of purchase, and details of the product and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
We will only contact you in relation to your order. We will not share your order information with any other parties and we do not store payment information.
We have made every possible effort to describe products accurately. However mistakes in spelling and text can occur. Todd Sloane is not liable for any consequent loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of goods supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected.
